Readymade Orders:
We accept returns for UK orders within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us promptly if you wish to return your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. To initiate a return, please email us.

Bespoke Orders:
For mounted bespoke pieces, refunds are not available due to their customized nature. Each piece is crafted according to the client's approved specifications. 

Won Diamond assures that the diamonds invoiced are sourced from legitimate channels unrelated to conflicts. We affirm, to the best of our knowledge, that these diamonds are conflict-free. This statement is based on assurances received from our suppliers, both written and verbal, regarding the origin of the polished diamonds.
