How to set up an in-person appointment?
Our service is now fully online.
To offer greater flexibility and convenience, all consultations, design discussions, and stone viewings are now conducted remotely via email, messaging, and Zoom.
This allows us to work seamlessly with clients wherever they are in the world, while still providing the same highly personal, bespoke experience that WON DIAMOND is known for — from your initial design consultation through to the final creation of your piece.
Do you sell natural-mined or lab-grown diamonds ?
Yes, at WON DIAMOND, we offer both Natural and Lab-grown diamonds. Whether you prefer the timeless beauty of natural diamonds or the ethical and sustainable choice of lab-grown diamonds, we are here to provide you with the option that aligns with your preferences.
Where are you located?
We are based in London, with workshops in both London and Hong Kong, every piece is crafted with the same attention to detail, quality, and personal care that defines WON DIAMOND.
Pricing and Payment
Do you have a minimum charge?
Due to the personalised attention, detailed communication, and the dedicated time and effort invested in crafting each bespoke order, we have a minimum charge of GBP £3,500 for our bespoke services.
What are the payment methods ?
Bank Transfer : For our bespoke orders, we prefer bank transfers as the primary payment method.
Cash Payment : We accept cash payments up to 8,500 GBP, adhering to money laundering regulations.
Sustainability
Are your diamonds ethically sourced/ conflict free?
Yes, all our diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free. Won Diamond only works with diamond suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process guidelines, a global initiative preventing trade of conflict diamonds for ethical sourcing.
Do you use recycled metals?
Yes, we use recycled gold and platinum in our jewellery wherever possible to reduce environmental impact while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
